native seam: the package JS runs from the bundle over the RCTVideo view and VideoManager module, ported from ios/Video/RCTVideo.swift. the shell host decodes with an HTMLVideoElement and the frames draw at the view rect through the shared video channel, clipped and transformed like any view.
